Nathan and I are doing well. I'm due with our first son on May 22nd. I have some excess fluid
right now so I'm starting to get non-stress tests twice a week. But over all the pregnancy has gone quite well.
Nathan is enjoying his job at Amtrak and we are planning a train trip in July to Oregon and Washington. We also hope
to be at the reunion. We are also trying to sell our house. So if anyone wants to buy a house in Riverside come
on over. :-)

I had my ultrasound yesterday and they say we're having a BOY! I hope everyone
is doing well.

Dear Family,
The news coming from Nevada is not very good at this time.
We are struggling with health issues where Brandi, Dennis and Bob are concerned.
Bob is scheduled for surgery for his prostrate problem on April 9th. Dennis
and Brandi are scheduled for surgery on April 11th. Dennis’ is laser surgery on another tumor they found in his brain.
He is back on his chemo now, but lower doses. He is tolerating this dosage much better, so far. Brandi’s surgery is
the same one that she gets every 2 or 3 months, It’s called an EDG. She will be starting her chemo soon. I do hope that
it works, and kills that Hep C. It has been working for most people. It’s self injections, for 24 to 48 weeks, daily.
She can’t be left alone while taking it. I will be gone for a few days in the firs part of May, and if she is taking
the chemo, I will ask Jessica and Kadence to come down and stay with her. Dennis will be working during the daytime.
Shaun has enlisted in the Air Force and will be leaving sometime the first
part of April for boot camp, in San Antonio, TX.
Jerame, Rod’s son, has his 26th. Birthday on Monday, March 31 and I am having a birthday dinner
for him. Just a small one, only about 8 people.
Susan and all of her family are doing good. I see Susan about once a month. Sometimes more. Blake, her second
son is moving over to Brandi and Dennis’ to share the rent. It’s also much closer to his work. These gas prices
are eating people up. He was living on the other side of town, about 30 miles from work, and lots of traffic. Now he will
be only 2 miles away and could walk it if he needs to.
Randy, Brandi’s son, is now renting a room from Vanessa, Jerame’s girlfriend. She just bought
a 3 bedroom house that was her grandmothers.
Crystal is now engaged to Sean Newbert and planning her Wedding for May of next year. I have seen the wedding
dress. It is just beautiful. Bob and I went over to dinner with them when Sean’s parents came to visit from New York,
two weeks ago.
I am holding up pretty well, and have been very lucky health wise. I know it has to be the Lord’s doing.
I talk to him all the time.
I will be going to California the weekend of April 4th to see my sisters. I am sure that I would have heard
if there was anything really bad going on.
